Staff at the paediatrics is very Rude and unhelpful. Calling to make an appointment is worse than calling BELL. 20 minutes hold on the phone, only to be LIED to about the availability of appointments. Husband called 10 minutes later and got an appointment for the following week. Receptionist needs training on customer service and how to interact with parents. With a better receptionist, this clinique would do much better. If the doctor wasn't a good one, I would have already switched cliniques. If possible, deal with the nurse not the receptionist.

The worst place in the world! If you want a recipe for Christmas cookies you can listen in on the conversation of the receptionist as she puts you on hold and talks to someone else about baking! This, of course, is possible if you get through in the first place! Whatever happened to the small doctor's office? No more personal experience!

This clinic does not let mothers in with the strollers. Even if there is no snow outside... Strollers in nowadays can be expensive if it get stollen , who's responsible ?!? If u have r-v there, think twice bef going there with ur baby, and stroller, they make no exception !
