It's been 2 years that I have been trying to get an appointment for my daughter with her pediatrician. I've always been told to call back because they dont have the doctor's agenda. They ask to call in the morning for emergencies, to see if they could make an exception, but they never can. And to top it all, staffs are so rude, it's beyond my imagination. Nowhere to address a complaint. Totally dissatisfied!
