Some very good Doctars. Some of the staff could be a bit more polite but in general a wonderful office, would definetly not leave my great doctar there.

The staff were inconsiderate and did not appear adequately trained to interact with patients professionally and respectfully. While performing job duties is important, working in healthcare also requires empathy, communication, and a genuine commitment to patient care. Unfortunately, that standard was NOT met during my visit. I recently underwent major surgery, and it is important for me to be seen by a doctor for follow-up care. However, I was given an in-person appointment scheduled 10 weeks away (July 6, 2026), which is an unreasonably long wait given the urgency of my situation. Additionally, the receptionist appeared to assess and prioritize my condition in a manner similar to a triage nurse, which raised concerns for me. I am not confident that this type of medical judgment should be made by non-clinical staff, and it contributed to my overall concern about the level of care and professionalism at the clinic.
