The staff are so ignorant and uncaring. Why is it their business to ask why we need an appointment. That is confidential. If the office staff ever smiled it would be a miracle. Everyone of them frown continually. Try and get a emergency appointment, that would never happen. They should all be fired. Get some new office staff please.
