Staff and doctors have always been kind and considerate. I am especially grateful to Dr. Silva who has helped me enormously with pain management, which enabled me to walk and function again.

I think the previous ratings are quite harsh. Dr. Silva has always been very open and receptive to any questions I may have, and has been open to referring to specialists as necessary. The staff have always been helpful and approachable. The only negative can be the wait time - even with scheduled appts, but I think this is fairly typical.

Dr.Silva has no bed side manor and no compassion for her patients.Compassion and bed side manor is a big part of a doctors job. She needs a different career,one that does not deal with people.

The staff at Barrhaven Medical Mall are appalling in their lack of knowledge. They don't know the basics of their own prices (like travel injections and consultation fees) without finding a Dr. to confirm them. Even despite the fact that they've posted signs all over the clinic with this information. They are inconsistent, slow and constantly confuse me with other patients. Even to the point where they pull out papers and say they're mine from another clinic and they're not. Don't bother calling for any reason other than to book an appointment because that's really all they're good at. I asked them a simple question and was put on hold for over five minutes (real time) only to have the same receptionist pick up and assume I was a new customer. Then was put on hold again. Atrocious.
