This doctor is elderly and must suffer from dementia. He looks around to the nurses and whoever is there for answers to patients' questions. Apparently there is no mandatory retirement age within the dirty overcrowded jail where he is employed. The Ministry of Corrections of Ontario need to hire new, competent and acceptable health professionals by offering equitable salaries and compensation consistent with their earnings in the community. Dr. Taite is unreliable, careless and antiquated. He should resign. The system is a failure.
