Phone is left to ring all morning while the staff attent to other things. For out of town people, setting an appointment by phone isnt possible. Staff are not helpful on the phone in the afternoon. Test results that were available from the Hospital Lab after 24hrs were not availabel to us after 8 days via the Ferris Clinic. Hospital re faxed results and we had to beg for our results !. Poor Administration, Poor Communication. Need Improvement

If you don't have a family doctor Ferris is the best place to go.
