Excellent doctors and nurses. Very easy to book appointment after my GP sent my referral. Questions answered, instructions e-mailed Reception friendly and the environment is pleasant Felt like I was in good hands One polyp but I don't have to go back again for 5 years Yeah!!!

The doctors, Dr. Margulies and Dr. Wen, are helpful and professional. However, the receptionists there have no customer service skills - talk to customers in a rude tune and very inconsiderate.

The doctor here is great - Dr. Finn. My medical expereince was great. However, the receptionist is unfriendly and unhelpful. She is also very rude. She should not have a job working in customer service.

I went there for my first colonoscopy and I found the staff helpful and professional. There was a 1 hour wait time but they had fallen behind. My GI was Dr Roth and he was extremely friendly and gave some useful feedback and advice. All in all, I was happy with my treatment that I received there.
