I had my endoscopy done 3 weeks ago, the experience was smooth and Dr. Kaufman was really gentle and helpful. However, I guess she was really busy that day so she met me only for 1 min after the procedure and told me what she saw. She told me to book an appointment from 4 to 6 weeks! I'm already in pain.. I called the office last week and was told the biopsy came in last week and the doctor can't see me before because she is only here 3 days a week. My question is why does this doctor take so many patients if she will make them wait so long?

I saw Dr. Jennifer Kaufman at this clinic. She is a wonderful doctor - professional, caring and gentle. The staff is incredible - the receptionist, nurses and Anesthesiologist. I was very nervous about my procedures and everyone made me feel more comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you very much.
