Dr Piatek office is really not an office - a vacant place with a huge counter occupying most of the space and a tiny cramped and always over crowded waiting area with forever playing Celine Dion/Andre Rieu DVD. There is no receptionist, no nurse, no janitor, no extra staff. Dr Piatek by himself doing everything because he doesn't want anyone to know his financial records, his mess, etc. And there is no office hours posted on the door - since they run according to dr Piatek whims.
