When my doctor left town she could only get dr. Sramek to refill my meds and that's all she was supposed to do. She took me off my anti depressants cold turkey put me on too-high doses of others. She was late or wasn't there for appointments. She would consult with contractors or eat at other appointments. She was very unprofessional and when I asked when we would talk about my issues she stated "with any luck and with the right meds you won't feel the need to talk"
