Dr. Ahmed was on duty over Thanksgiving weekend when I was admitted with chest pains. She passed the end of my emergency room bed on her way home and asked if I had any pains. I said told her of a slight pain in my chest and, when I mentioned anothersmall pain higher up on my chest and sid I didn't think it was related to the former one, her reply was, "Leave the diagnosing to us", and she left. I was not even aware that she was my doctor until 4 days after admittance when she presented me with a discharge paper that said I was treated for Acute Pericarditis. She had not spoken to me the entire 4 days, and arbitrarily reduced my prostate medication that had been prescribed and adjusted by my Urologist over a 10 year attendance.
