Dr Yasmin Tharani is one of the worst doctors there is and an absolute shame on the medical system. I asked her to guide me with a solution to refer me to a specialist or support a referral for an ultrasound. She did not even care to listen to my problem or situation. She seemed annoyed from the very first minute. This is supposed to be a "walk-in" clinic and she doesn't refer anyone but HER OWN patients. When I asked her who could help and if she could guide me with the right process, she said and I quote "she cannot help everyone, she draws the line at referring to other drs!" That she cannot recommend any other dr, that she doesn't speak to anyone and also has no advice if I could go to urgent or emergency care! What a waste to being part of a PRIMARY care system. Why do we ask for virtual or walk-in appointments if Drs are not able to support basic enquiries or guiding with the way forward in a flawed medical system. I understand that the Drs are equally pressured and may feel the workload, but Dr Tharani had the AUDACITY to tell me she doesn't know anything and she doesn't care if I write a bad review. Zero compassion, zero willingness to help, zero phone manners. Please don't waste your time with such shams. I have managed and led primary and secondary healthcare systems for over 12 years at a senior management position, being a neuroscientist myself, I understand the challenges, but this is a horrid representation and crappy ambassadorship of a compassionate profession.
