Staff1 Punctuality4 Helpfulness1 Knowledge2 I was referred to Dr Daklilic by Dr Ekong for extreme back pain and pain going into both of my legs. I have a very high tolerance for pain and when I say I can't tolerate it, I finally go for help. Dr. Ekong suggested surgery but was going to leave it up to this Dr to decide. When I went to see him (with my daughter) he said that he wouldn't do surgery because he couldn't guarantee that it probably wouldn't help and/or make it worse. He referred me to Dr Abu-gazaleh for a cortisone shot into the spine. I told him that I would need extra freezing as Dr. Ekong suggested. Dr. Abu-gazaleh asked me if I was told to stop taking the blood thinner, and I did only because I knew to do that. Dr Dalkilic did not tell me this. Dr. Dalkilic also said that my pain isn't that bad. That's when I started getting tears in my eyes and he asked me if he had said something to upset me. When I saw Dr. Abu-gazaleh I told him I need more freezing. He said he would do that, however, he did not give me any freezing. I have never felt pain like I did that day. The cortsone shot did not work but made the pain worse. I was waiting for a follow-up appointment and didn't hear from Dr. Dalkilic's office so I phone and the receptionist was very ignorant and said the he didn't have one scheduled and I didn't need one. I said I really need to see him and told her about my experience with the cortisone. She said, no, that he didn't need to see me. Told her I really needed to see him she once again said no. I told her I would have to call Dr. Ekong. She said that there was no point as this Dr. has taken over all of Dr. Ekong's patients. I would not recommend this Dr. or Dr. Abu-gazaleh
