There are alway long waits upwards of 3 hours or more. His secretary is completely incompetent. She always loses reports and is impolite to patients. My mother is elderly and was asked to come in for results that were not on site (on more than one occasion this has happened). The only reason why there are no other complaints on this site is because most of his patients are seniors who do not own computers let alone speak english.

The wait to see the doctor is always long since he does not book appointments, but he is very knowledgable, attentive and patient. His receptionist should not be in that job period as she has zero people skills, is incompitent, rude and uses the job to socialize she is the only reason why his practise is 99% seniors!
