Dr. Bester is my GP. He is always good natured and has a joke or two to keep you feeling comfortable. He also knows when to tell you something 'straight up'. My most recent situation calls for a few specialists and Dr. Bester has a great balance between offering advice and referring me when something is better answered by someone else. His knowledge of the medical system is fantastic. You may think being a doctor this is a given but my situation has a number of people involved and he is easily able to juggle all aspects. This has not been the case with other doctors I have seen. The support staff are also great... even when the office is obviously back logged. My wait time is typically pretty good. There are some days I wait a little longer and some days I get in early. The staff go above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. Highly recommend.
