After arriving at the hospital just after 9am and being passed from waiting room to waiting room I finally saw a doctor at 130pm. Unlucky for me it was Dr. Thirsk. He reviews my ultrasound said it wasnt anything he could see and dismissed me. I was in total agony. I felt like I could pass out or throw up from the pain and he could not even be bothered to find out why. He came across very arrogant and uninformed. He had no answers and just said I should see my other doctor. Seriously? What a rude prick.

Went into emergency for severe throat pain and pain and chills throughout my body. Was unable to swallow. First of all was "assessed" by the nurse with questions such as how much alcohol and street drugs do I consume in a day...which is none the final ackward question...are you safe at home...WTH I have a sore throat and chills with a fever....Then this doctor walks in I explain what is happening....he says probably an absest takes a swab and says I'm not prescribing anything until this comes back its probably just 1 of the 300+ viruses going around...you can go...wow! well guess what Mr. know it all after a night of severe suffering and going to a walk in clinic it was STREP and no thanks to you I suffered in severe pain because you and your so called nurse decided that I was an addict looking for meds!! Yes you Meagan!!! People like you should not be in healthcare you are cruel and uncaring
