Went to see the Doctor, adviced me to drink water and made another appt for 3 months later. Receptionist called me 48 hrs before to remind me. I wanted to cancel, she said it a $100 charge if you cancel 48 hrs prior. I dont understand, why call me two days before to confirm appt if I cannot cancel. I told her I will pay it since I did not know this was a Business office and not a Doctors office. I believed that being a Doctor was a noble profession, but this place is a Business.

Dr. Comondore, recently treated my husband, who has a compromised immune system, for a lung infection. Seen at Brampton Civic hospital Released him after 2 days with a general antibiotic. Did not call to see how my husband was doing. My husband called him when chest pain returned 3 days after finishing antibiotics. Dr. C. asked that my husband get an x-ray at the hospital and he would send order for renewed prescription to our pharmacy asap. Didn't do that until over night. My husband is now at Credit Valley Hospital under team care on a strong antibiotic for 1-2 weeks for invasive pneumonia. Poor care. Poor understanding of his patient. Poor interest. Unacceptable follow-up.

He has no bedside manner, very rude and does not know how to speak respectfully to patients. His receptionists never pick up the phone

Excellent Doctor. Very kind and skilled. Takes his time and listens to patients. His office staff person Sandeep is also very helpful and kind. It is customary for doctors to ask for patients to cancel appointments in advance so they can offer the time slot to other patients. Also prescriptions now go through to pharmacies right away (was a problem early in the pandemic). I highly recommend Dr. Comondore.
