Dr Daniels looked after my 95 year old mother in Emergency at U of A recently. I was most impressed by his bedside manner with her; he spoke to her politely and wasn't dismissive of her even when she was a bit confused. He scheduled a follow-up appointment and took great care to explain things to her and to her family. He was also very patient with the student he was mentoring.
