I am a new patient of Dr Pernandi and am happy to be her patient. Her interpersonal skills are most important to me. She pays attention and provides ideas to solve my health issues. With her I can discuss different ways of treatment. I learn about other therapies and support I can find in the community. Dr Pernandi noticed immediately a few of my problems witch has been neglected for long time (osteoporosis).

Although a fairly young and new doctor, she is very knowledgeable about the newest research, more than willing to learn more and listen to the patient, and she is very willing to order any necessary tests and refer to other specialists if needed. I was able to get prompt service from her for a herniated disc, sent for an MRI, and a referral to physiotherapy.

From what I understand, she is fresh out of medical school, or relatively so. And it shows unfortunately. I guess she has the potential to be a decent to great doctor, but for now, I am fed up with inexperienced doctors (from previous experience with other doctors).
