She is the most inconsiderate doctor I have ever dealt with. Always late, short temper , unable to fill out forms properly, had to go back to get her to correct an ultra sound request and lost her temper in front of other patients with me . I was very embarrassed and emotionally affected. She should be disciplined by the board of physicians for her rude behaviour and uncaring attitude.

My mother has been a patient of this clinic for over 15 years. At the time this clinic had exceptional service, from both the reception, and the physicians working at the clinic. However, it is in my experience that every year the quality of service has been declining. As an example today my mother had an appointment with a physician that has been working at that location for many years, Dr. Valerie Tamara Kubazky. She is not my mother's regular physician at the clinic, her usual physician was not available. Dr. Valerie Tamara Kubazky was behind her schedule by over an hour and forty five minute! To me, that is a long time to deviate from your schedule and make your patients wait. Nevertheless, my mother and I were very patient and undrestanding. I'll admit I was a little frustrated. However, certainly undrestanding and patient even though 1:45 minutes post your appointment time without any indication of excuse in their service and scheduling errors, from the reception or the physician is bad, bad, bad customer service! Furthermore, my judgment of her character changed when I returned from going for a 30 to 60 seconds walk outside of the main lobby doors to drop off something in my car. Upon my return I noticed that the physician had finally called my mother in. Hence, I went in as well, as I was acting on behalf of my mother a a translator, and since I as looking for a new family physician as well. I waited inside her office for another 5-8 minutes until she finally walked into her own office. She sits on her chair, but instead of asking me or my mother (the customer/client) to excuse her for being almost 2 hours late. She looks at me and confidently says " oh where were you? where did you go? ... So, whats happening here? " I paused and debated wether I should ask her if she was being serious or not, but I stopped myself and simply replied - oh excuse me I just went for a walk. Seriously that happened! Furthermore, I did not sense or a decent social interaction from her. I believe her to be great physician, but her attitude, and customer service requires much, much more improvement. It is important to keep in mind that she had some other odd comments such as: 'there is a new doctor coming into the clinic" right after she saw my shocked face regarding her questions toward my whereabouts, which was seriously less than 60 seconds!! She then proceeded to tel me that if my mom would be interested in seeing her. She may even speak her language, then she name some name that I had never heard of. Very rude. You're well over an hour late and make a woman that's in need of her medication feel that way. As mentioned above, Dr. Valerie Tamara Kubazky may or may not be a great physician, but she certainly is an arrogant, unorganized and non punctual person.
