Love Dr. Tatzel, hate the wait and the fact that you will almost ALWAYS be there for three hours. Impossible to get a timely appointment (called in June told that they were booking into October). Excellent Doctor, brutal front desk - except Nicole, who goes out of her way to be helpful.

A very concerned, efficient, and knowledgeable Doctor. He is honest and trustworthy and makes you feel at ease. I would rate him 5.1 +++++ . If he has any " bad " qualities .......... he is a Leafs Fan ! I forgive him.
