Rude and incompetent. I asked for a body scan in case cancer spread, he kept refusing, then after a year, we found it spread to other parts of the body. Now he gave us timeline of a few weeks. We have a new doctor now.

From our initial encounter with Dr. Do, we noticed a pattern of neglectful behavior. Each scheduled appointment with him entailed a wait of 1.5 hours in a room, without any apology for his tardiness. Moreover, these appointments yielded inconclusive results; most of our inquiries were met with dismissive responses, either asserting that the patient didn't require certain interventions or that patient's condition was incurable due to its advanced stage. While we understand that stage 4 cancer is often terminal, what we sought were insights into the available options, symptom management strategies, and clarity on the progression of the disease. We needed guidance on when to consider discontinuing treatment. Furthermore, attempts to contact Dr. Do have proven fruitless. Messages left with his secretary either fail to reach him or he remains consistently unavailable. However, following the dispatch of an email to the Patient Care Quality Office, Dr. Do suddenly becomes accessible and willing to engage with us. DO NOT RECOMEND!
