As a patient of Dr. Tobin for many years I have been very satisfied. My husband and son all also patients and feel the same way. He is always friendly and open to any suggestions we may have. If he doesn't have the answer Dr. Tobin will send you to someone who can work with you to find out. I always manage to get an appointment for the same week I call and sometimes even the same day.
