He was very reassuring, explaining things very well, and repeating what I needed to hear again. He looked at all my past exams on the computer, and is having me follow up with him in a few months time. I felt very comfortable being in his care.

After performing a cataract procedure in early 2002, on my left eye, in reply to my complaint that the left eye now produced a larger but unfocussed image, he repeatedly told me it would "settle down". This situation has persisted for more than 10 years. He has subsequently referred me to another Opthalmologist in his group who is considering further surgery. I intend to obtain a second opinion from an other source, before any further surgery is carried out.
