Dr. Loewen has been our family doc for 15 years. He is very knowledgeable but more than that he listens, and gives his patients credit for having a brain. He gives every patient all the time needed to address their needs fully, which sometimes makes your appointments late, but if you appreciate him being willing to give you all the time you need, you have to be willing to accept that he does the same for others.
