The first time I tried to come, I expected it to be a walk-in clinic but the doctor was not in. I had the receptionist ask the doctor to call me and do a phone consultation. The doctor called back really late. By that time I had already went to see another doctor elsewhere. So today I called and booked an appointment. Dr Kumalo, Thandanani Godwill Qedusizi is dismissive of my problem he laughed at me then told me to talk to my family doctor. He then said I need to see infectious disease specialist for my cold sores. He refused to see my face or pictures saying he doesn’t want to see it. He walked out on me without a word then few minutes later he came back to bring me over to talk to the pharmacist. He asked the pharmacist to hear me out because I’m being crazy. I had always been dropping off my antiviral prescription at this pharmacy, but it’s the first time I tried to get it from the doctor here. The pharmacist recognized me so he went to talk to the doctor on my behalf, after 5 minutes comes out and told me he get me my prescription. I am just shocked at how unprofessional and rude Dr Kumalo was. It is a walk in and I came here knowing this is a walk in.
