All doctors are expected to be knowledgeable in their field, so to me that is a given. In this area she seems ok. What remains, however, is the attitude. She was rough when touching me, was impatient, and very cold. I did not leave the room with a positive energy.

I had a coughing problem and was treated by this doctor. The service in general was OK, and I got a prescription of some antibiotic. However, I do want to complain about her attitude at work. She was very unhappy, which made me think that somehow I caused her to be so. She shut the door loudly right behind me, and then I could hear her in the room violently tearing the paper cover off the bed I sat on. Maybe she was worrying about getting infected, or maybe she doesn't want to be a doctor at all.

Not sure about the experience of the other two comments but I felt Dr. Banerjee did a great job. She's very thorough and cared about my concerns. Most doctors at this clinic quickly see you but she took her time with me and that was very appreciated. we need more doctors like her!
