My son went to her for 18 years until he got too old - we found her absolutely BRILLIANT would highly recommend her.

She should change her receiptionist/husband. The guy is probably going throu' dementia. Messes up all the appointments and as soon as you step in starts screaming and demanding a fee. And has the odacity to explain to me that the OHIP card can't be used to pay. I think he is biased and think immigrants don't know what the OHIP card is for besides raising his voice and using words that should be stuck inside his mouth. He should understand that patients are not his slaves and that he must manage his anger and also understand that fines and fees are not the end of the world. And as for Dr.Susan Coombs she must understand that she is not the last standing doctor on Planet Earth and is very slow to give appointments, and appointments are made only after husband & wife approve of it, which is very unprofessional.

I have a 14 year old son with special needs. Dr.Coombs has helped us in everyway possible, with recommendations, resources etc. Takes emergency phone calls late at night. By far the most understanding and reliable pediatrician I know!!!!
