Found out a piece of hardware that is broken that iis broken in fixing of broken leg and unable to contact him and I'm a diabetic patient. He was good when I went to him three years ago now I have a problem and he won't answer calls

I saw Dr. Kumar for 2 shoulder surgeries and 1 knee surgery within the last 2 years. I was impressed with him and his treatment of me. He was very professional and very caring. I have never had good range of motion in my shoulders until he looked after me. Even my follow up appointments were very good. He would check my progress to see how I was doing,and on my last visit after my knee surgery his assistant saw me because he was very busy. He took the time to see how I had done. I also want to say that the staff were also great. They treated me very well. I am very genuine in my comments. They all made my 350km trip worth it. I like to say thank you Dr. kumar and staff for your treatment of me in my times of need. I would and have recommended to people I know.

Dr. Kumasi has a great bedside manner. He explained things well before surgery. He was efficient in batting me in quickly. He did a thorough examination in his office and told u what MRI said. He came n spoke to me before surgery and asked if I had any questions. His OR nurse was great...not so much for the anathesiast. She was crude n didn't listen to me when I explained bout my veins after having had cancer..they are difficult to get. Sure enough she screwed up and had to use a painful spot instead. This surgery was done in Leduc Hospital..very nice clean and organized Day unit. Great staff!
