On September 29, 2014 Monday, the white woman receptionist at the front desk was extremely rude to patients. i have asked her to do several things. she replied that she can't do this, she can't do that, she can't do anything. this white woman receptionist does not know how to manage medical office. she even lied to me when i asked her to communicate to her manager. the white woman receptionist should be fired immediately by Dr. Choi. it's strange to keep this white woman receptionist in Dr. Choi's clinic.
