I recently had surgery at Hamilton General Hospital and it was an extremely stressful experience for a variety of reasons. Dr. Puchalski worked very hard to put my mind at ease both in the OR and afterwards in recovery. He went far above and beyond to make a difficult situation easier and his bedside manner is second to none. It is clear that he enjoys his work and I can't thank him enough for providing much-needed distractions (jokes, wisecracks, stories, etc.) when I needed them most. I would definitely feel safe and secure under his care again, should it ever be required.
