Dr Tam has a complete inability to diagnose. This women is looking for a pay cheque. Roll the patient in and roll them out with out making any attempt to solve a patients problem that may not be obvious. It seems like there is no accountability for performance. Uncaring, seemingly unqualified, and arrogant would be key words to describe her personality.

Horrible experience, I waited 1.5 hours than she spent 30 seconds for a new patient consult, she gets paid big time for these new patient consults and she didn't review any reports with me, just treated me like I was an idiot and she was above everyone else, like some kind of God!!! She refused to make eye contact, nasty nasty. Ohip should get their money back for this one. Who cares she is a woman Doc! I'd rather have a man in this case. she should go back to school to learn how to be social first!

Could never even get an appointment or the or someone to return my calls. Usually this means that there are other negative issues regarding the doctor. Never did receive a call back and wouldn't see Dr. Stephanie Tam anyways. Professional issues seem to be a problem.

My problem I had with Dr Tam is more so with help on the reception side of things. I had booked an appointment and than had to change my appointment a few days later. The receptionist said she had changed it to what we had disgust during the conversation. I received a call for the procedure many months later and thought nothing of it. Made the appropriate arrangements with work and others to have the procedure done to go in and find that the changes were never made. The fill in receptionist was not so pleasant to deal with regarding the matter. She came across as rude and said that she had no notes on the changes being made. All she really had to say was that it would be another year on waiting list. My experience is negative and it's not even done yet.
