Lisa Cinelli

She was in a hurry asking 10 questions in a second so fast that I was asking her to repeat her questions, or information several times. I haven't seen anything like that in my life. She doesn't listen to anything you say, you have to answer her questions with what she thinks is going on only. She's very rude too and treats male patients better.

Dr.Shapira saved my life, I was at deaths door, she found and diagnosed what many others missed, I had malnutrician, extremely low blood count, iron deficiency, She diagnosed a very rare disease "Watermelon Stomach" (GAVE) like the skin on a watermelon the lines were bleeding in my stomach. Dr. Shapira did several "Argon Laser" treatments to stop the bleeding (RCH) Pain free treatments. Ultimatley resulting in a final diagnosis again rare- Systemic Scleroderma, with Gastro complications. Don't let her petite size fool you, when it comes to research & diagnosis she is a Mac Truck. Can I ever repay her? Thank-You Dr. Shapira Warm Regards, The Jaser's

What can I say? Dr Shapira is quite possibly the best Doctor I have ever had. She is kind, nurturing, patient, knowledgeable and most importantly, always has a smile on her face! What really does it to me is the way she treats her staff. She does not act like their boss but as a colleague. She asks them questions and treats them so well! Thanks Dr. Shapira!

Christine

Found her cold and non-empathetic to my screams during the colonoscopy. She kept telling me to stop screaming. Did she think I was screaming because it tickled? I told them twice that the medication was not working and still had to endure her rough handling of me with no pain medication. I would not recommend her to anyone. We are just an OHIP Invoice to her and not people. I don't believe she cares about her patients.
