The Doctor is Nice and very-good service but the front deck was very rude and have a bad bad behavior... She told me this morning that ; " We have a lot of patients so we don't care any feedback left " How can a person with bad attitude could be employed at the Doctor Office ??? One of the staff called me to let me know that : Doctor Advised me to be back on 30/5/2016 for blood test...I told her that I need the paper work otherwise The Front desk won't do anything and She said : Don't worry because When I call you then you don't need any paper work. I be back on 30/5 but due to many patients then I came back on the morning of 31/5 for Blood test but The Lady on the Front Reception didn't want to do anything and told me have to see Doctor first, She didn't care who call me or any advice from Doctor. How come a receptionist didn't care about Doctor advice could work in a Doctor Office ? I suggest the clinic should improve the customer service. Thanks
