Terrible experience today, completely misled by front office staff. First time visiting a doctor after arriving from the US and totally disappointed. The lady at the front desk tells me only 2 people in front of me and let's at least 4 people and then tells me that they had an appointment already, if that's the case she should have told this upfront. Another patient was equally furious and disappointed. I had to walk out of the clinic. My wife had a similar experience during and earlier visit. Will never go to this clinic again. The doctor needs to seriously review what's going on at the front desk, I'm furious beyond words, sucks to be treated this way.
