This doctor should not be practicing at all. He has no consideration for English speaking patients at all. My mother in law had an emergency appointment with him, we waited 25 minutes in his office while looking around I saw his diplomas in both English and French. He refused to speak English to her, said he understands English can write and read it but cannot speak it. Then refused to help her on the exam table. She was 72 years old with a walker. She left the office crying. I made a formal complaint, 6 months ago. Now this beautiful woman has passed on, and nothing was done on the college de medicine be half. This doctor is biased. Just like the system, and has no regard for the oath that he took. This ridiculous government wins every time. It is a shame.
