Mrs smith
this doctor keeps you waiting, unless you are of the same heritage as she is. Then she lecutres you if you are late at all! She is inconsiderate and very unhelpful. I had to find referrals myself. forms were filled out wrong, despite providing the information (which she forgot to include) and I had to appeal to my LTD as a consequence of this incompetency. does not remember you, and each visit i find myself having to expain my situation over and over. Another persons file was up on the computer once, while she was typing my information in to her system...on somone elses file!!!!

I had the unfortunate experience of having to see this doctor when my regular physician was busy. She is a representation of everything a doctor should not be. Not only did she not take my issue seriously but she laughed at me and stated, "I didn't go to medical school to deal with this". Without even a proper examination she just jumped to conclusions about my diagnosis (which was completely wrong and corrected by my regular doctor). She belittled me and insulted me repeatedly till I was in tears. Trust me don't go to this doctor, I am ashamed that someone like her was given the authority to treat people as a doctor. I have never experienced such horrible attitude and blatant disregard for a patient from any health care provider.
