The way her office is being represented by whomever she tasks with returning calls to her office is unprofessional, shameful and left me scared to continue to pursue trying to find some help. I have never felt so horrible as I was made to feel after only a brief interaction with her office. One would think that someone purporting themselves as a mental health professional would have the forsight to ensure whomever interacts with her clients would represent her in a capacity that reflects compassion, professionalism and a genuine caring attitude towards the community at large. Obviously I am wrong in my assumption. She should be ashamed.
