Dr. Shiv is my family doctor and I cannot say enough good things about him. Last year I had a critical illness and he saved my life, literally. I am a retired Critical Care RN of some 27 years, and I see him on a regular basis for several health issues. I have never known him to be patronizing and he most certainly is not rude or arrogant. He listens well and involves the patient in the treatment aspect. His office staff are very professional also and when you phone for an appointment, they actually answer the phone!
