Rude, uncaring perhaps she needs to change her profession as she did not seem to be happy.

I found her to be upfront and clearly communicates what is expected of me. She gives options for follow-up to ensure that I am comfortable with the plan of care. She remembers my children and asks about them when I see her. I would recommend her.
