This Doctor is rude , plus she told me the freezing would hurt but the lump removal wouldn't. Boy was she wrong!She had to top up the local anesthetic not once but twice, and didn't care that I was anxious. When she was done , I sat waiting for her to talk to me, didn't happen. I said should I get after care instructions, and her assistant handed it to me while she grunted, then started discussing the next patient while I was reading it. Felt like an assembly line.So rude too, didn't even introduce herself.

She should never class herself as a doctor, and should never be able to care for another person. When talking with her she only cares about herself. I would not send a rat to her for any kind of care or advise. North York Hospital should be letting her go..................

Dr. Kassirian removed my gallbladder. I received superb quality of care and everyone involved in the surgery was professional and caring. My only issue is that she told my husband he should go home instead of waiting for me after my surgery, as she thought I would not be awake till morning. I woke up in post-op and would have really liked to see him as a reassuring presence.

I was in NYG emergency last december for a repeated bow obstruction. Dr. Kassiririan's service was professional and responsible, not as other Dr before. She arranged me to do MIR and furhter investigation. I feel released under her care, knwoing my dr. is taking good care of my problem. I would recomend her to other patients. Thanks.

Dr Kassirian treated me in Sept 2011 for gallbladder surgery. She was very caring, sensitive and reassuring which gave me peace of mind. I would highly recommend her. Georgia
