My consultation with Dr. El-Maadawy was extensive and I feel he asked very good questions to assist with diagnosing my problem. The combination of doctor and physiotherapist make a good team. All the staff were courteous and professional. I appreciate that he gave me a range of options and made some specific suggestions about pain management right at the first appointment. The followup appointment was also very helpful.

My family physician referred me and told me to tell this doctor where all the areas of my pain where. I waited 6 months for this appointment and several months before this with a lot of body pain areas only to be told "I can only deal with one problem at a time", and would not listen to anymore of my concerns. I felt he should have had the courtesy of hearing me out.

First visit was pleasant and I felt that he really cared and could help relieve my pain. Second and third visits were rushed and I felt he was angry with me. My last visit was degrading and hurtful for no reason that I could pinpoint. I was not late for any appointments, nor was I unpleasant to him. He told me over and over that I didn't have any problems and that he was discharging me as a patient and then stormed out of the room. My pain did not improve in the course of treatment.

I have been getting cortisone injections from this Doctor for my carpel tunnel and he is very good at explaining everything to me. The injections didn't hurt at all. Always friendly and prompt.
