She is not licensed by the "College of Family Physicians of Canada" (CFPC). Doctors educated at Canadian/American universities usually have a CFPC designation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR.

It is not at all hard to find a new doctor, or just go to walk in clinic if you don't have serious health problems. She thinks that people won't be able to find a new doctor, and that's the reason why patient gets exploited.
