My mother died due to complications from a botched surgery preformed by this doctor on April 21, 2014. Dr. Chia didn't show her face, call, or inquire about my mother at all while she battled for her life in the hospital for three days afterwards. Her lack of follow up, concern, or compassion for a mother, wife, and grandmother was very disappointing to say the least. While six people were losing the most important person in their lives, Dr. Chia was enjoying her long weekend.

I really appreciate everyone who does their job well. When Dr. Chia did my surgery it was exempalary, so I doubley appreciate her work. Thank you!
