It was my first visit to Dr.Rai today and need to say in all my years of seeing docs and specialists, I have never felt so much disrespect. This physician had zero compassion and literally dragged me in to an exam room and kicked me out after rushing questions and not providing me an opportunity to express my concerns. My visit with him was a blur, it was so quick and I was in awe the whole time because I couldn't believe his mannerisms. He was also so disrespectful to his fellow staff/assistant. Not a professional at all! Being a good doc means knowing how to talk to people, not just about your knowledge. Dr.Rai, if you are reading this please know that people who are visiting your office, they don't want to be there, their sick, the least you could do is smile and brush up on your social skills. I hope when you are seen for your ailments, you aren't being treated this way. Aweful!

not caring about the patient's real health problem and just insisting on unrelated and illogical factors to the sickness. spending not enough time to talk with the patient. charging the patient is more important than caring him.

Saw this doctor for a medical note I needed for work due toa headache issues. On a later visit he tried to insist that I had a serious issue and should see a neurologist even though my family doctor had diagnosed the issue and it was greatly improved. Refused to see me for headache issue in the future unless I went neurologist. Needless to say I haven't been back there as the headache issue has been treated despite his attempts at misdiagnosing it.

Rudest child I ever met. He is very unprofessional with his self important demeanor. He does not even know how to diagnose the difference between an influenza and a common cold. I have had physical exhaustion, a temperature of 37.5-39 celsius for 4 days, dizziness, lethargy, headache, sore abdomen, body aches and pains. His diagnosis:Common cold.
