I went to the Bradley Ave. Urgent Care Clinic on 03/17. I hadn't been able to sleep in a week and the two nights previous I had suffered from severe mid-back pain (something that comes and goes and started about a year and a half ago after having lost a large amount of weight). This doctor sauntered into the room more than half-an-hour after the prelim-exam from the nurse. He did not introduce himself or ask what I'm in for or even smile. He read the chart and told me (rudely) to stand up. I indicated where my back hurt and he (without any verbal indication) yanked up my shirt and grabbed my back. I voiced my concern over whether this might be due to gallstones as I have a family history of gallbladder problems. He told me it's stress and promptly wrote me a script for naproxen and a HC creme and then TOSSED me the paper. Not only did he not indicate the strength or dosage of the medication, he didn't even ask what I was allergic to. I mentioned the word 'gallbladder' again and he heaved this SIGH and told me to get on my back. With the same (in)decency he bestowed upon me when looking at my back he yanked up my shirt and started pushed roughly on my stomach. Then I sat up and he checked my reflexes (um... why!?). Not my gallbladder he said. Then he walked back out and when he returned a few minutes later he TOSSED a sheet of paper about back exercises at me before walking out again. No goodbye. No indication that this appointment was over. This treatment is absolutely unacceptable. This 'doctor' is rude and condescending and not at all considerate towards his clients. The way he talks to and touches clients is out of line, especially for someone in the medical care field and an URGENT CARE clinic at that.

Went to see this doctor for a referral to an allergist after having an allergic reaction to crab at a restaurant. He seemed reluctant to do so, saying "If you are allergic to crab, don't eat crab" as he ANSWERS HIS CELL PHONE and proceeds to talk on it for a short while. I swear, I almost walked out right there. This is MY 2 minutes with a doctor, buddy. He did not introduce himself when he walked in, and walked out without saying goodbye. The only indication I had that we were done was hearing him say hello to the patient in the next room. Absolutely infuriating experience.
