My entire family loved Dr. McArthur while she was practicing family medicine. She was always extremely attentive and professional with me and my children and treated us with respect. At no time did I ever feel the need to question her judgement because she never gave me a reason to. She never pretended to know everything and was actually very humble--if she was unsure about something she asked a colleague. I trusted her 100%. When she moved to Waterford, my family followed her. Unfortunately, life threw her a curve ball and she had to take a leave. I am not judging her at all. I do not know her story, nor do I need to know it. There are numerous rumours circulating which are unfair, hurtful and have the power to harm her reputation. What I do know is how she treated me and my loved ones when we were her patients--wonderful. If she returned, I wouldn't hesitate to return to her. A very sad story--I hope she gets her happy ending...everyone deserves one.
