I’ve been a patient of Dr. Goldberg since I was 10 years old. What can I say about her? She is a very nice person, human being, and caring individual. I wished that the waiting time was less, I wished that they cared more about the patients and their time; it is ridiculous that if I have an appointment time for 1:00pm, I need to arrive at 9:00AM to be seen on time. I think that she needs to get a new assistant, since it is obvious that her assistant, Cecilia lacks responsibility, understanding, and professionalism; Cecilia will never call you back, it is useless to leave a voicemail because you will not get a phone call back, you do not get your test results; I did a mammogram that sadly showed a tumor on my breast, I called the office to get my results, a year went by and after numerous phone calls and voice messages, the doctor phoned me a YEAR later! NOT because of the year old mammogram but because I had been in hospital for other reasons, the doctor yells at me for not getting my results of the mammogram and when I explained to her what had happened, Cecilia denied my phone calls and my voice messages, I had to be rushed into surgery for my tumor since it was now a year old, three mammograms in three days and two tumor later! I believe that this could have been avoided with a simple phone call from Cecilia!
