My daughter had diagnose with Juvenile Glaucoma condition in one of her eye and treated with implanting a valve in 2012. It was suggested & successfully done by Dr. S. Sharan. My daughter got priority care for her illness when needed. I am fully satisfied with Dr. S. Sharan's knowledge & service and would recommend her to anybody who seeks assistance.

My son has been seeing Dr. Sharan since he 18 months old. For the last 2 years at his yearly appointment, Dr. Sharan was nowhere to be found. We only saw the orthoptist, despite being told that we would see Dr. Sharan. The receptionist was entirely unapologetic, and we were told that she was called to surgery, "and that sometimes happens with specialists". I myself saw a pediatric opthalmologist when I was a child (Dr. Orton, who was lovely), and saw Dr. Orton every single year from the time I was 2 until I was 14. There was never a yearly appointment where he was called to surgery and i was not seen by him. Going 2 years in a row to a specialist and NOT ACTUALLY SEEING THE SPECIALIST is totally unacceptable, inconsiderate and unprofessional.

so disappointed with her knowledge .... kept yelling at my kids during examination ... very terrible experience and do not recommend her ... it does not kill to be kind and sensitive to kids and it would not hurt to offer your opinion and knowledge to concerned parents in kind manner... on the other hand , the staff are considerate and very kind!!

We've seen her for my son since he was 4 months old. I have always liked her until the last appointment where she yelled at him to stop smiling, threatened him to make him sit still and claimed he has albinism after 4 years reassuring me that he does not. I will not be going back to see her.
